Job Description
The Patient Access Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist is responsible to assure that professionalism, productivity, and quality are maintained and continually improved throughout the department. The position is charged with monitoring and assessing the Customer Service calls for quality, efficiency, and performance. The Patient Access Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist will monitor inbound/outbound calls and assesses associates' demeanor, technical accuracy, customer serve, conformity to Patient Access Center Quality Guidelines and Quality Scorecards.
Qualifications
Experience Requirements: 2 years-Data Entry Preferred Experience - 1: 3 years-Patient Access Center healthcare experience Required Experience - 2: 1 year-Clerical/customer service experience -ideally in a health care related industry
